Day 2 - Indianapolis
Today was certainly less driving but just as hectic. We started out at morning at Christ UMC - home of Johnny Perry. Crossflame sang 3 songs during the early morning worship service. We then headed 10 minutes down the road to 4th Ave. Methodist Church where Crossflame performed in a 100 year old sanctuary and performed the first full program of tour. For the first time out of the chute they did Excellent! After the service we headed north and grabbed some quick lunch. They even have Steak and Shake in the north. Then it was on to Indianapolis. We arrived around 3:30. Unless you ask me. I will tell you it was 4:30 but apparently Indiana doesn't believe in daylight savings time. Who knew? Now I owe Ron a cup of coffee from Starbucks. The sanctuary at North United Methodist was absoluetly gorgeous. The pictures we took did not do it justice. Once again Crossflame did great. We even got to include the brass this time. And the taco bar wasn't half bad either.
Tomorrow we will visit Indianapolis Motor Speedway and then on to the Windy City - not the grill...the actual city. But you already knew that.

oohhh, I love Steak and Shake! Glad the trip is going well. Taco bar sounds good. Enjoy Chicago!
I am sure Indidana was great! I was born there. No comment Joseph just leave it alone! Has Keith decided to switch race teams after being at Indy? Maybe getting them all hats was their enticement to get him. YOu know preemployment bonus kinda thing. Mike you may have my child but I had your happy smiley, bouncy one last night and she was fun and good. Hope mine is for you - well maybe not the bouncy part.
